Our Story

A real factory,
not a middleman.

LQ Packaging is the global business and supply-chain front desk of Wuxi Tiancai Packaging & Printing Co., Ltd. — a packaging factory established in 2011 on Qida Road, Yuqi Town, Wuxi. On its 12,000 m² floor, offset printing, foil stamping, laminating, die-cutting, gluing and a dedicated QC lab run side by side.

Around it, Wuxi Leqian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. takes care of everything you experience as a client: English communication, quotations, sampling coordination, freight, customs documents, delivery tracking and after-sales. Because sales and production share one roof, decisions that take days elsewhere take hours here.

How we take your order from inquiry to delivery

Every stage is handled in-house with clear communication, so there are no surprises along the way.

1

Business Negotiation & Quotation

  • Transparent costing & quotation: we compute all costs and issue a clear, formal quote based on your preferred Incoterms (FOB / CFR / CIF / DDP), with a stated validity period.
  • Flexible negotiation: we discuss price, payment terms (T/T, L/C), lead time and after-sales across multiple friendly rounds to reach a win-win plan.
2

Sample Provision & Confirmation

  • Sample making & dispatch: we quickly produce a pre-production sample and ship it to you via international courier for evaluation.
  • Feedback & modification: we act on your test results or modification notes and re-sample promptly until you are fully satisfied.
  • Sample sealing: upon your approval, we co-sign and seal the sample as the sole quality & workmanship standard for mass production.
3

Contract Signing & Payment Confirmation

  • Sales contract / PI: we draft a Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract that takes legal effect once both parties sign and seal it.
  • Payment & L/C review: we help you arrange deposit / balance payment; for L/C we rigorously review terms to ensure documentary compliance.
4

Goods Preparation & Quality Inspection

  • Production order: on receipt of deposit or L/C, we issue production instructions specifying all technical and delivery requirements.
  • Progress tracking: we report production status regularly and resolve unexpected issues so you always know the order status.
  • Quality inspection (FQC): we perform strict pre-shipment inspection and welcome your or a third party's (e.g. SGS) inspection.
5

Logistics Booking & Export Customs Clearance

  • Space booking: we book space with quality freight forwarders / carriers per the agreed Incoterms and provide the Shipping Order (S/O).
  • Trucking & loading: we arrange container stuffing, record container & seal numbers, and file the VGM declaration.
  • Inspection & customs declaration: for statutory goods we handle commodity inspection and declare via the Single Window for smooth release.
  • Insurance: under CIF / DDP we insure cargo for 110% of invoice value with a reputable insurer.
6

Document Preparation & Cargo Delivery

  • Bill of Lading: after loading we obtain the B/L and verify shipper, consignee and cargo details with you.
  • Customs clearance docs: we prepare commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (CO / Form A) and other certificates per destination requirements.
  • Document presentation & settlement: we send or present the full document set (via bank) and help you follow up the balance payment.
  • Shipping advice: after departure we send a Shipping Advice with vessel, voyage and ETA so you can arrange reception.
7

After-sales Follow-up & Client Care

  • Clearance assistance & guarantee: we track arrival, help with clearance issues, collect feedback and respond quickly to any after-sales need.
  • Exclusive profile & communication: we build an exclusive client profile, share industry trends, and tailor services to your packaging needs and suggestions.

DDP Special Clause · Delivered Duty Paid

If you choose the DDP Incoterm, we assume all risk and costs to deliver the goods to your designated destination, handling both export and import clearance and paying all duties & taxes. You are completely exempt from any clearance or tax process — you simply receive the goods at the final location.
